As in linear amplifiers I remember them beeing used in grounded grid
circuit (all grids bound together and RF earthed and zener biased for
correct AB class )
Drive to filament where ferrite rod chokes are used.
I have used above mentioned tetrode QB 5/1750 successfully in
GG-linear amplifier.
