What you dont hear is the stuff the caller said that was tape delayed. He most

likely said some swear words or threatening words that were not aired due to
tape delay. Oreilly did the right thing by letting the legal dept handle it
and
not reacting back himself.

Legal Department? You make it sound like Bill O'Reilly's some kind of
big shot. There's no legal department.

I am sure a corporation like FOX would have one.
