Earlier this month, I ordered on a Sunday and the goods arrived the
following Sunday, in the hands of a neighbor, to whom they had been
misdelivered. When I ran the UPS tracking number, I found that he had
received the box on Wednesday. So, apparently OSE had shipped the first
business day after receiving the order. Ya never know.

Yes O.S. can be difficult. Unless you try to call around the local time
they open, forget getting through via telephone. They are a small
operation.

They have a nasty habit of simply cancelling an order without
notification if the item is not in stock.
Been there, done that.
