I've heard this before but I don't think it's in my logbook. I'm
hearing middle-eastern music on 15510 khz at 1900 UTC. hfradio.org
lists this as a VOA frequency during 1500-1900 UTC, and I wasn't
listening to it before the hour mark so I didn't hear the transition if
there was one.

Last time I heard this broadcast, it was just music and there was no
voices or identification of any kind. Can anyone help identify it?

I'm using an Eton E5 with a 12-foot wire antenna. The signal has a lot
of fading.
