A lot of people get in to SWL and go all out the very first day. Upgrade
slowly and enjoy the hobby as you go. Rather than going for a ten foot
ground rod all at once, slowly migrate to a ten foot ground rod. Maybe try
a six footer next and then move on to a ten. No sence in over doing it
right away. If it turn out you don't like SW listening, you won't have to
find a buyer for a used ten foot ground rod. But maybe you could find
someone to buy a used one on eBay, or start a new usenet froup:

Oh yeah one more thing. Stop creating new handles to Troll the news
