A friend of mine has a 32V3 with chirp so bad that CW on 40M is almost
unusable- higher bands are even worse.
He said he has tried changing osc. tubes with marginal success- is there a
known problem/fix for this? He said he knew of others with the same
problem.
Hard to believe they left the factory like this.
