I'm not being mean I am just calling them how I see them. This place
used to actually be fun. I enjoyed coming here in the early to mid
90's and helping people really trying to enjoy this hobby called cb. I
along with Sean, Tollfree & Dennis were here from the beginning and I
learned alot from them as well. We 4 actually started on another web
based cb board before coming here. Anyway those were the good old
days. I even remember the professor being a funny amusing character
when he first appeared and his many fights with a guy called
painkiller. Now that was one funny character....
Anyway this is what we are left with not even a good joke anymore just
who is or who wants to suck cock and be proud of it. Sheesh!!!

Yeah those where some really great days, just like being at a CB Break
or shootout. Meeting all the really great people.

I learned a lot from that crowd, just reading the mail and such. Dennis
was really great as when he disagreed with you technically he didn't
attack you personally. And I appreciated that when I was told or proven
wrong.

Their type of hands on experience and knowledge was like that of a drag
race mechanic who know how hard things could be pushed before they come
apart. And as usually there was always a few know it all ham radio types
who recited book learning that got handed their technical argument back
to them. A man who is into him self is surly a small man indeed. Then a
few even joined in the conversations. It was really great!

We can all have this type of news group again, we just have to ignore
the goof balls.

Jay those were the days when this group was so much fun and enjoyable
and very informative. Like I said some of the guys here were so funny
back in the day... painkiller argiung with the professor and concrete
man, icecold with his jokes of the day...., sean, tollfree & dennis
for their knowledge. I would like to believe that this group can be
like that again however it is hard to imagine. Some of the guys I just
mentioned are gone forever and some are watching from a distance.

Now those were the days.
