My home isn't atop a mine shaft. There is the potential for long wall
mining near or under my home at some point. If that happens, I'll be
quite happy to sell the place for many, many times what I paid for it.
I'll also be compensated for the large amount of free natural gas I
receive yearly. I hope that clears things up for you. You would count
yourself very, very lucky if a coal mining operation were to mine under
