Neither rig has option filters, 940 has VS-1 = Voice announce. Both tested
and operating ok.
940 has Op. and Serv. manuals, 440 has Op. Manual and PS doc's, D-104 non
pre-amp mic.
Both 'plus ship' costs from WNY:
940 = $700.
440 system: $425.
