Is this the same for everyone else?

I live in Oregon.

Hi Kevin:
I'm in San Francisco. Over here, the best time to listen seems to be
0500-0700 UTC. The frequencies would be 6000 / 9550 / 11760 khz.

RHC is one of my favorite broadcasters, and I have several RHC
reception reports on my weblog: http://cobaltpet.blogspot.com/

Try 9820 this has generally been their best frequency to my area for
years. I heard them tonight in english on this frequency S9 +10 and they
sounded pretty good except the audio was about 1/2 strength. I would not
encourage them to crank it up because they will probably start to
splatter or something worse. I don't listen to them but stopped long
enough to note better than usual modulation (clean an undistorted) but
weak.

According to Passport 2006 they are english on this frequency 01:00 to
05:00 UTC.
