Default Swan Cygnet Problem

Thanks for all who replied nice suggestions. It was a mix of weak tubes, mis
allignment, a broken 800 vdc final connection, and a bad vfo transistor.
Most problematic fault was a bad driver tube bad as in missing all together.
This kept the coils from being aligned properly. Once I replaced the driver
most all came into line. Now I can transceive on 75 meters. The other bands
still need some work. Not bad for 25 bucs.

Hello Swan Gurus. I came by one for not a lot of money. It's rusty but
works on most bands. Problem is the vfo output is very low whenever they
multiply. i.e 40, 15 and 10. 80 and 20 are just fine. I've peaked all the
coils (They do peak) and have swapped out the vfo amp tube. Any ideas?
I've looked at the vfo output in a communications receiver. Fundamentals
are fine but second harmonics are way down.

Thanks,
