What's that buzzing noise I'm hearing on 9680 kHz? It's happening right
now, 4:45 p.m on the east coast of the US, or 2145 UTC. I'm in northern
Virginia, listening to a DX-398 using the whip. A search of RRS shows
that to be a Radio Australia frequency, but I don't know about this
time of day, local sunset.
