Take 3 pcs of wire, put little temporary tags on them to identify the
ends, wind them together on the core. Then wire them in series. Call
one end ground and the other end hot. Your high impedance terminals are
the hot to ground and your low Z terminals are one winding up from
ground, and ground. In other words your low Z is one winding and your
high Z is all three windings.
