Default Even a Caveman could do it

Only one amateur on RRAP has ever said that studying wasn't required.
He was an Advanced and his name is/was Bruce. Said he took the Extra
exam on a whim, a bet, and took $250 from a "No Code CBer." Passed the
exam without any preparation, and didn't miss a single question.

And when I took my tech tests back in 1976, I got correct just one more
than the minimum required questions, and did better on the 5wpm code,
receiving and sending. At the FCC in NYC. I thought i'd ace the
written and barely squeak by on the code. Did a lot better when I took
the (at the time) advanced and extra writtens to get my "nickel" extra
upgrade, back in 2000.

All that "Bruce" could prove (assuming the quoted story has any truth to
it) that he did in fact upgrade to extra, but not that he got all the
questions right. Big whoop anyway...
