OhHellNo! Techs need to memorize band edges and remember the 3 basic
rules: E = I * R, c = lambda * f, and a meter is really close to 40".

I doubt it's even on the _commercial_ exams any more, though it sure
was when I got my Second Phone, back in 1962.
