Rotor is probably shot, coax is bad, boom to element mounts probably
shot, if the boom has a dent it will probably fold in half when you try
to put it up. $50 tops.

Buying a pig in a poke. Ive bought two for less than that. Lots of stuff
will go bad just sitting around for 25 years, even worse if it was ever
used.
