Easier said than done!
The port by the Otago Uni (NEC2++) looked promising, especially as they
integrated the S-N ground model code into the main programs and was real
fast, but it has subtle bugs. Unfortunately, their decision to make small
changes to the output format frustrates automated testing and comparison to
baseline versions, and it is a student project which seems to have stalled.
