Because you're a friggin' MORON. I've used pay pal for several years
now without ONE SINGLE PROBLEM. Naturally I'm not stupid enough to use
my BANK ACCOUNT (I use a credit card) or fall for phishing emails and
if I DO get one I report it to the spoof addresses for paypay or ebay.
