Default Collins TCS-12 ...???

Yes, it is worth getting it going.

I have both the ac supply and dynamotors for mine.

The biggest drawback I have seen in the TCS transmitter is that lame carbon
microphone arrangement.

My junker ( but operational ) TCS transmitter has been modified to accept an
external audio driver.

And the CW/Phone switch has been rewired to allow both 1625 PAs filaments to
be on.

Get about 35w out with audio comparable to an ART13.

I have the TCS 12, Transmitter/receiver/Power Supply. have not tested it,
been stored for a number of years. Is it worth going to the trouble of
getting it going or is it a true boat anchor ... or anyone interested it
the system, make me an offer...

Thanks,

-Bill
