I'm assuming that you NEED trunking since you have an 895 ( great weather
alert system on that radio ) If you don't need 'digital' and just trunking
and conventional
scanning at the same time, a BCT-8 or BCT15 will do. If however you need
digital
I'd spend the extra cash for the BCD996T ( does more tricks, than a flea
circus ).
Been VERY impressed with mine. Be prepared to do alot of reading &
re-reading of
the 140 page owners manual. And be sure to get the FREE software off of
Unidens
site to control / program it via computer.
