Thanks.. I found the battery and replaced it. I am however still losing my
memory channels if the radio sit's overnight with no power on.
I'm afraid something else has gone bad. I bet it will cost more to fix it
than it is worth. I hate that. It has been a really good radio. I've had it
for probably 10 years or so.

Tommy.... the battery is located in the control head. Take the back off
the
head carefully, and you will find the battery there at the end opposite
the
big knob.
It is a solder-in type, and these are available from Mouser and others,
although the shipping will probably be more than the cost of the battery.
