7, Do NOT mess with emergency/help of any kind. DO NOT press PTT
without talking. DO NOT press PTT for a split second to test if you are
keying up the transmitter. NO dead keying or music/noise playing.

8, THIS IS NOT A CHAT ROOM: You are broadcasting LIVE ON THE AIR over a CB
