Perhaps the ISP's should shoulder their responsibilities and walk in the
paths Americans have already established and do their job--thereby
allowing law enforcement to do theirs ... however, a pakistani, arab,
muslim, etc. might not have any respect for the constitution and if they
own an ISP we will all suffer--and, most likely, move towards the
problems they came here to escape in the first place! :-(
