it appears to have been entirely converted to the 10 meter band (overlapping
the tech and part of the general clas sections).
I also know the technical specs on this radio. it will work across 600 Khz
quite well, but anything outside of that isn't doable (the circuitry is far
too tight to allow for wide bandwidth)
anyway, the short answer is no.
