Yes "HD" FM Radio does not deliever a good strong
signal beyond the 54-60 dBu Contour an many areas
with-in it too.

Oops IBOC Crock - I am Agreeing with you. ;-{
- Unfortunately, the industry is now finding out this is
- not the case, that the HD coverage is considerably
- less, something like 60% of the analog coverage

In time when the Digital "HD" Signal goes from
1% to 4% of the Analog ERP : "HD" FM Radio
in the FM Band will have as Good of coverage
as the Analog 'Stereo' signal does now.
- - - IMHO 8% would be better.

What I Hear on the FM Band with the Kitchen
"Family" Radio in Twain Harte, CA. :

Radi-osophy HD100 Radiohttp://www.radiosophy.com/index.html
{The Kitchen "Family" Radio}

I can get great Analog FM Radio Stereo signals from
33 FM Radio Stations in the California Central Valley
and beyond; out of 41 FM Radio Stations received here.

Note - This is the Count between 88 MHz and 98 Mhz
with a possible 50 FM Radio Channels.

One of these is KQED-FM on 88.5 MHz coming all the
way from Mount San Bruno south of San Franciso with
a very good FM Stereo signal and on an occasional
Blinking Blue Light {indicating an IBOC "HD" Signal}.http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?list=0&facid=35501
Distance to me about 120 Miles.

The only FM "HD" Radio signal that I get a Solid Blue
Light On {HD Signal Lock} is a KOSO 93.1 MHz and
it has a HD-2 Co-Channel KOSO is listed as being
located in Patterson, CA with the Transmitter up in
the Hills west of townhttp://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?list=0&facid=35426
Distance to me about 60 Miles.

Note - Again these statements only related to the
FM Radio Station Channels between 88 and 98 Mhz.

all i see is the blinking blue light ~ RHF
{ life beyond the 10mv/m contour }
