I'm glad I have the OS WR-108, yeah it's getting recalled, but it works as
is,
is easy to program and they're sending me a free replacement including
shipping
both ways. They just weren't available when McFarly wanted one.

If he "still" has all the packing, box, etc...... and there's nothing wrong
with it (no scratches, etc) - still like new - he "should" pack it up take
it back to the dealer and just tell them - it isn't working. OR contact
Midland about it - and ask for a different model OR refund. It is apparent
he isn't getting anything out of it - aside from frustration. Sitting there
looking at it - won't solve the problem.
