This station has been active evenings. Apparently Non amateur- so if
anyone
can ID or supply any info- please do.

Tried at 23:45 CDT, band is open and active LSB QSOs in progress on that
freq.; apparently the OMs don't hear it either.

nothing on 3921, maybe it's an image? 0502 UTC

Not an image, but they are apparently off now. +30 over S9 on a PRO III.
NUuerous watchdog stations reported it- but alas, no ID.
