Ouch, and ya got such a good deal on it. Hapless seller's like that
should be drawn and quartered.

Zing him on ebay feedback is about all you can do. If you want a bigger
hammer for satisfaction post his email address around the forums and I'm
sure many folks would like to have a go at him to vent frustrations.
