Need help with Grundig Satellit 800

Also, does anyone know of a source for replacement encoders for this
radio? Mine is exhibiting the problem where the frequency goes in the
opposite direction from the rotation of the knob at certain times (e.g.
frequency decreases just a bit rather than increases when rotating the
tuning knob clockwise). I think this is a problem with dirty encoder
contacts and would like to either clean it or replace it.
