We are still at the predicted bottom of the cycle. There is speculation
that this bottom (a double bottom) may extend as far as the middle of
2009. The bottom is extended right now. The sun is in an abnormal
extended cycle. Cycle 24 is looking to be a strange one. No telling what
it means yet.
