The 10m, 15m, 20m, 40m, and 80m bands are marked on the main tuning. But
where would you set the main tuning to properly use the bandspread for
each
band? I am particularly curious about 40m and 80m, both of which have two
bandspreads.

Should be at the beginning of the bands (the long stripes found on the main
tuning dial)
