Look under"Business & Industrial" and subcategory of "electronic
Components"
Then simiconductors or passive components or whatever you are looking for.
You can get individual types of items or there are some things you may
want
to get such as power cubes or asymblies to strip out for parts.

YOu can also find some test gear and tools under the same catagory.
