Hej
has anybody used the AD9954 DDS ? i have some design quistions:
Where can i by a 400MHz precion clock source.
I imagine the AD9954 has an internal clock multiplier like its
predecessors in the AD985x family. Doesn't it?

The AD9954 has a clock multiplier, and only needs a 20mhz clock
to drive it.
If anybody tries using one of these and makes up some circuit boards
let me know (before I try and wire mine dead bug style!)
I am working on a 2 layer PCB layout on a AD9954 board, but i am off for 2
weeks from to day so it suppose I will start test i in the end off august.
If somone are interested you can have a copy of SCH and PCB (protel format).
Best regars
