Does anyone have the schematic for the pinout of the usb connector on

Huh?

If they are USB, the "standard pinout" would be the same as any USB
connector, ie a pin for ground, a pin for +5v and I guess two pins
for data. But unless you have an actual USB connector on your rig,
knowing that won't mean a thing.

Afterall, you can't make use of a digital signal, which is what
those USB things are about.

You need to chop off the connector, assuming the digital electronics
is hidden in there, and then figure out which of the wires coming
off the headset are for microphone, speaker and ground. Then you
wire it to a connector that matches what's on your rig.
