Thanks Allen. A couple of others told me the same
thing. As it turns out, the guy I got the panadaptor from
has an RBB receiver, so I'll try to get it too. Ever
notice how these beasts seem to multiply?!

I did modify the panadaptor to 455KHz, but its an
easy thing to reverse. If anyone is interested, change
the 100pF caps in the first two IF cans to 82 pF
and retune them. The 'reactor' coil needs to be
retuned to sweep the new center freq of 455KHz +/-50KHz.

receiver(s) it was used with? I'll probably try to convert

The RBB and RBC use 400kHz for the IF, and they had optional outputs
for a panadaptor, so I'm fairly sure they were meant for each other.

I wouldn't modify it.
