Prime Time Shortwave doesn't list any English freqs. except in 49
meter band, so this 19 meter sched might be easier.

Sorry abt approximate freq, was listening on trusty 1963 transistor
Royal 1000D-1 Transoceanic.

I just listened to them a few minutes on at + 19:00 hrs. on 15,290 from
Cuba.
