Do the lenses out of old projection TVs have any interesting use or value?
tnx

With a small flat mirror and light source they can become an
opaque projector...they kind used in classrooms and meetings
of not so long ago when the speaker could point to the paper
being projected.

With a high-intensity spot lamp, they can be a background "fill"
or "color wash" for outdoor Christmas decorations.

...or, collect a bunch of them and resell them, saving profits for a
wide-screen plasma screen TV. :-)
