So what it is it then, a legal broadcast antenna allowed by hoas or an
illegal ham radio antenna not allowed by hoas???

Now, I just got done, in another posting, explaining this: If you don't have
a ham license, then GET ONE. HOA's, State, County, municipal governments
have no "right" to pass ANY regulations regarding Ham Radio installations.
Ham radio installations are GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY INSTALLATIONS, and as such,
they have FEDERAL PRE- EMPTION over any regulations passed by ANY State,
local, town, city, or HOA. Get a ham license, join the arrl, and when they
start messing with you about it, call the arrl, and tell them what is going
on. Because they are willfully interfering with a government radio
installation. Let's see how THEY like getting fined 500 dollars a DAY for
such interference....

Your a Dufus, and do not know the Law, as it applies to PRB-1.... HOA
Restrictions ARE Deed Restrictions, (read Private Contracts) not
Civilian Statutes, (Read Government Statutes)
