The jobless rate for Blacks ages 16 and older hovered at 15.4 percent
last month, according to new data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor
Statistics, nearly the same as May when Black unemployment hit an all-
time high of 15.5 percent.

“The economic crisis has created an enormous hole in the American
labor market with a particularly devastating impact on Black workers,”
says Arlene Holt Baker, vice president of the AFL-CIO, in a UC
Berkeley press release.

What is curious is the widespread silence about this damning and
lamentable fact. Mr. Obama, much praised for his blackness, has
probably kicked more black people out of work than any president since
the very white and openly racist Democrat Woodrow Wilson [father of
Liberal Fascism]. And yet … listen to the crickets.
