I have a PRO-95 (similar to the -93 I think), have for years. It's a great
scanner but with the rebanding law certain trunking systems don't work
anymore, also doesn't cover LTR or APCO digital.

I wouldn't buy a non-rebanding scanner off eBay, and I can't believe
they're selling them, it's just unethical.

got the unit today and it works well EXCEPT there's no easy way to
lock out the damn data channels...they really screwed this up, but i
cant complain, for $30....
