Well, I see a LOT of those "boys" in san fransicko ... but not that much
where I live ... I mean, they show up every now-and-then, and then you
don't see them anymore ... kinda' strange, I suppose ... however, I have
noticed American families tend to complain about having them in the
neighborhoods.


Really? Why? They make property values go up.
