Whatttt,,,,, they haven't rebuilt those damaged sections of Highway 1
yet??? What are they waiting onnnn??? Some of that old Highway 1 (built
nienty years ago) was built with screwed up fill in rubble Sheet.Maybe
they need to remove that Sheet first and fill in with some Good stuff?

When I start fixin up that watery leak (I will have remove all of that
Sheet from in front of the engyne foist tu gits tu dat damn little bitty
ass watery leak.I 'Leak' too) in my old 1978 big ass long tall ass ugly
blue Dodge van this Summer, it will probally take me longer to fix that
Sheet (because Ahh am Slowwwww, Ahh can takes alllll the tyme Ahh wants
tu, no need to Hurry Up bouts it) than it will take them to fix Highway
