The ARRL made a written Ex Parte presentation to the FCC in the matter
of ET 04-37. In this presentation, the ARRL provided documentary
evidence to the FCC supporting the ARRL's recommendation that BPL
systems be required to notch amateur radio bands by at least 35 dB. At
least partial justification for this is that most BPL providers already
do this.
