The ARRL made a written Ex Parte presentation to the FCC concerning ET
Docket No. 04-37 ("AMENDMENT OF PART 15 REGARDING NEW REQUIREMENTS AND
MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES FOR ACCESS BROADBAND OVER POWER LINE SYSTEMS")
and ET Docket No. 03-104 ("CARRIER CURRENT SYSTEMS INCLUDING BROADBAND
OVER POWER LINE SYSTEMS") on June 9, 2011. The entire text of the
