Hello. When I make PCBs for homebrew projects, I often use a Dremel

Moto-Tool with a dental bur for cutting the pattern into the copper
foil. About ten years ago I bought a bunch of burs from someone at

the
Dayton Hamvention. Now they're worn out, and I'd like to get some

more.
Does anyone know where a hobbyist can buy these things? See photo at
alt.binaries.pictures.radio .

Hi Joe,
Your call sign indicates that you MIGHT be in the Chicago area.
If you are, you could be in luck. I sold 300 pounds of tungsten carbide
PC board bits to American Science & Surplus a few years back. I
originally purchased them from the Inventory Disposal Store at
Rockwell-Collins, and they were pulled out of service from their board
shop.
The last thing I remember was seeing them at 50 cents each. These are
very good bits..............I only kept 1200 of them for myself.
You can reach them at (773) 763-0313.
