If anybody has one or knows where I can get one, complete with fan kit let me know. If this is an unwise choice I would like to hear that as well. Looking for that 1 KW or more solid state linear with a 100 Watt drive requirement. The Sweet 16 I think is 30 Watts max drive.

I welcome any advice.

Thanks, docdenny

Texas Star Sweet 16 Update:

I found that Texas Star has a later version called the DX1600X. It appears to have selectable class AB or class C. The input power looks like it can take up to 100 Watts. Now, if I could just find one plus the power supply needed I would be all set. I have a Swan MK 2 and a black edition SB200. Tuning can be tricky at 11 meters. I'm tired of tweaking knobs and replacing parts if I don't get it just right. Plug and play sounds like what I need. There was a Sweet 16 for sale on EBAY which sold for $900 bucks The dude that was selling it holds a grudge against me for because he called me some very nasty names which I reported to EBAY. The seller was not by pleased at all. The listing stated if the bid was high enough the power supply would be included. The sweet 16 sold for whatever and my bid was $300 more. At that point I was blocked! He lost over $300 for his reasoning and I saved $300, plus I would have purchased the wrong unit. Thanks for letting me to vent and boaring all of you but I now feel depressurized.
