AOR no longer services the radio. AOR UK is out of business. And
Bourns, which made the encoder, discontinued it some time ago.
So, $1800 paperweight?

Sadly, this is happening with a lot of old radios. I don't know what
kind of encoder the 7030 uses. The magnetic one on JRC NRD-515's is,
from what I've read, a real pain to replace. Maybe selling mine was a
good idea..
