Musta been written by the same two part time FCC summer interns (in
D.C. on their Green Cards) who wrote that astoundingly cogent
masterpiece of English composition NPRM which in the end resulted in
the elimination of the 20 & 13 wpm code tests.

No doubt it was written by the IT Branch's "system janitor" ("wear
that badge proudly, son...") who, like myself at times, pounds the
keys and hits "save" by reflex before brain is engaged to either
re-read it or run it through the spell checker.

I plead guilty to the same sometimes.

This message was checked, although you should see some timgz that
ghet threw the spelle checka..........
