I can offer a few ideas why she might request it. Years ago (the 60's),
part of the women's movement involved the idea that breasts were nothing to
be ashamed of - women had them and men had to accept that fact (as many men
from that time may fondly remember, this eventually led to women burning
their bras).
Later, the women's movement urged women to accept their own bodies as
uniquely theirs without placing some type of negative connotation on that.
This had to do with the idea that a woman is no less important simply
because her body is different than a man's.
Still later, all this evolved into the idea that breasts were a sign of
power equal the a man's penis (the phrase "breast power," an alternative to
"women's power," came out of that). This had to do with the psychology
thinking of the time which said many supposedly male things (guns, missiles,
and so on) were actually phallic symbols.
In the end, it may simply be that Kim likes how her callsign sounds.
