Agreed....... there is a limited amount of necessary and required services
that the government needs to perform. In fact, within the exception of
national defense, the federal government needs to be slim-lined down to very
little, as most of the other (within few exceptions) concerns and programs
can be dealt with on the state and local level.

Interstate commerce
Monetary control
Environmental control
International trade
